Refund Policy
- Subject to these terms, we do not offer refunds on the provision of services.
- The turn around time for issuing CPR cards is 24 hours during the week and 48 hours when training is held over the weekend.
- Cancellations needs to be made at minimum 12 hours in advance.
- Deposit for group and corporate training cancellations must be at minimum 48 hours in advance (1/2 deposit will be refunded if cancellations is within that time frame, anything less than that time frame then deposit will be non-refundable).
